I worked with a team to produce a series of how-to videos showcasing the University of Richmond's Center for Culinary Arts's courses and expertise. I worked as a film production assistant, and edited the following videos showing how to make summer pesto and a caprese salad, as well as knife maintenance, selection, and technique.
