I'm a storyteller.

I tell the stories of people and places. I use words and photos and videos. Sometimes those stories are perfectly captured in 30 words or less, sometimes I manage to whittle it down to 3,000.

I'm also a cross-functional writer. I use words to communicate the personality of an organization, to write an Instagram caption, to make an annual report interesting, and to make a website readable.

But I'm more than one thing. In addition to my work as a writer, I'm a yogi, I experiment in the kitchen, read voraciously, and spend several months of the year trying not to kill my garden.
